Therapies started more than 30 days prior to IIP administration can be continued, provided patients have adequate organ function as per inclusion criteria.\n* Receiving, or scheduled to receive, another IIP from 1 month before screening to 1 week after administration of 111In-IPN01087.\n* Administration of any radiopharmaceutical within eight half lives of that radionuclide before IIP administration.\n* Any unresolved NCI-CTCAE Grade 2 or higher (except alopecia or where Grade 3 is permissible as per the inclusion criteria)\n* Any condition that precludes adequate SPECT and\u002For CT imaging, e.g. patients unable to lie still for the entire imaging time, or metal prosthetics which interfere with CT (hip and knee prosthetics are acceptable).\n* Clinically significant abnormalities on ECG at screening\n* Any uncontrolled significant medical, psychiatric or surgical condition or laboratory finding that would pose a risk to patient safety, or interfere with study participation, or interpretation of individual patient results.\n* Pregnancy, lactation, or breastfeeding.\n* Unable to understand the nature, scope and possible consequences of the study, in the judgment of the investigator.","ALL","18 Years",{"count":94,"type":95},0,"ACTUAL","INTERVENTIONAL",[98],"PHASE1","111Indium-labelled IPN01087 (111In-IPN01087) is developed as a radioactive diagnostic imaging agent in patients with colorectal or pancreatic cancer. It is used with single-photon emission computed tomography (SPECT) for the identification of tumours that overexpress the neurotensin receptor-1 (NTSR1). The purpose of this study is to assess how well 111In-IPN01087 is tolerated and what the most suitable amount to be injected is to obtain good quality images. The study will also look at how 111In-IPN01087 is distributed throughout the body and what the optimal time for doing the scans will be after it has been given as a single intravenous injection.",[101,102],"Pancreatic Ductal Adenocarcinoma","Colorectal Cancer","WITHDRAWN","Business decision not related to any safety or tolerability concern","2022-08-22",{"date":107,"type":95},"2022-08-24",{"date":109,"type":110},"2021-03-12","ESTIMATED",{"date":112,"type":110},"2021-12-10",{"name":5,"class":6},5]
