Titration of BIAsp 30 Twice Daily Both in Combination With Oral Antidiabetic Drugs in Subjects With Type 2 Diabetes Inadequately Controlled With Premixed Human Insulin","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* Informed consent obtained before any trial-related activities.
