Complete clinical and laboratory investigations.\n3. No concomitant infection, systemic or other autoimmune diseases.\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\nPatients were excluded from the study if they had any of the following:\n\n1. \\\u003C18 years of age,\n2. Incomplete clinical data and laboratory indicators.\n3. End-stage kidney disease (defned as requiring dialysis, kidney transplantation, or estimated glomerular fltration rate (eGFR)\\\u003C15 mL\u002Fmin\u002F1.73 m2\n4. Patients with:\n\n   1. Acute infectious diseases, HIV infection carriers,\n   2.
